Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product and shipping packaging when appropriate.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, refund, or other resolution, subject to our policies and applicable law.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, returns may be restricted for food-safety, health, and product-integrity reasons.

Opened or consumed food products generally cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind.
