Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wraps Instructions
Prepare the sauce. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, minced garlic, garlic powder, and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Season the chicken. Cut the chicken into strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the chicken. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and completely cooked through.
Warm the tortillas. Heat the La Piedad Garlic-Margarine-Parsley Tortillas briefly in a dry skillet until warm and flexible.
Build the wraps. Spread a spoonful of garlic-Parmesan sauce over each tortilla. Add chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
Roll the wraps. Fold in the sides and tightly roll each tortilla around the filling.
Toast for extra flavor. Place each wrap seam-side down in a skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden and the cheese begins to melt.
Slice in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with additional garlic-Parmesan sauce for dipping.
Make It Your Own
Add avocado, spinach, roasted red peppers, bacon, or sautéed mushrooms. You can also swap the chicken for grilled steak, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.
